Arhaus (NASDAQ:ARHS) reported record financial results for the full year 2025 on Thursday, as the premium home furnishings retailer continues to capture market share through aggressive showroom expansion.
The Boston Heights, Ohio-based company posted full-year net revenue of $1,379 million, an 8.5% increase over 2024, meeting the high end of its previous guidance.
Reflecting its robust liquidity, the company announced a special cash dividend of $0.35 per share, payable on March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 18.
The move underscores Arhaus's "fortress" balance sheet; the company finished the year debt-free with cash and cash equivalents totaling $253 million, a 28.3% increase year-over-year.
For the fourth quarter, Arhaus outperformed Wall Street expectations, posting revenue of $365 million and an adjusted profit of 11 cents per share, surpassing the consensus estimate of 9 cents.
The quarterly performance was bolstered by a 5.1% increase in sales, even as broader demand in the luxury housing sector faced headwinds from elevated interest rates.
