Presearch announced that all 142 Node NFT licences offered in its inaugural auction sold out within a single day, marking a major milestone for the decentralised search project.
The San Diego-based company said bidding activity was double initial expectations, with total proceeds exceeding four million PRE tokens against a two million token reserve.
Presearch explained that the auction introduced a community-driven structure combining digital art, decentralised infrastructure participation and long-term network incentives.
Each Node NFT functions both as a standalone artwork and as a licence enabling holders to activate a network node once orchestration tools go live.
The company confirmed that node operators will be able to earn ongoing rewards for supporting the Presearch search network.
This auction was about mission meeting earning power and we are glad that the Presearch community and beyond responded so enthusiastically.
Tim Enneking said.
That we were able to sell out twice the reserve in just one day wildly exceeded even our most optimistic expectations.
