Tivan (ASX:TVN) has formalised a landmark community development initiative with the Central Land Council, committing up to $1 million in grant funding over the next four years.
The partnership aims to support Indigenous communities, Traditional Owners, and Native Title Holders across remote regions of Central Australia.
The funding will be administered through the CLC's established Community Development Program, ensuring transparency and the effective delivery of benefits to local populations.
The initiative underscores Tivan's commitment to responsible minerals development and inclusive engagement well ahead of formal project commencement.
The company seeks to foster long-term goodwill and a durable alignment of interests with regional stakeholders.
Tivan has spent the past three years expanding its footprint in the Northern Territory, supported by a recently upgraded regional office in Alice Springs and a suite of critical mineral assets.
Currently, the company is prioritising exploration and development at its Molyhil Tungsten and Sandover Fluorite projects.
The sites are intended to form the foundation of an integrated high-value critical minerals precinct.
At Molyhil, Tivan is currently undertaking a scoping study—scheduled for publication this April—alongside exploration drilling targeting new areas of tungsten mineralisation.
Drilling is slated to begin in late March, pending weather conditions.
