The company has executed a manufacturing contract with NMS Africa for the delivery of a sophisticated three-stage crushing and screening plant.
The milestone represents a critical step in the company’s transition toward primary gold production and the generation of early cash flows.
The agreement covers the full manufacture of a processing circuit specifically engineered to meet the technical requirements of the TGME site.
By securing this infrastructure, Theta Gold ensures that the foundational components for ore processing are underway, mitigating long-term logistical risks.
NMS Africa, a recognised leader in mineral processing solutions, will oversee the fabrication process, ensuring the plant adheres to the high-performance standards necessary for the project's success.
In attendance were Theta Gold’s COO, Jacques Du Triou, and Executive Director Richie Yang, alongside technical experts Rogan Roulstone and Alan Phillips.
The inspection confirmed that manufacturing capabilities are aligned with the project's ambitious timeline.
