Star Entertainment (ASX:SGR) has confirmed the resignations of its CFO, Frank Krile, and COO, Jeannie Mok, in a significant shake-up for the troubled casino operator.
Krile, who has been CFO for just over a year, steps down today, while Mok, COO since June 2024, will leave at the end of January 2026.
The company said it has initiated a search for a new CFO and will provide updates to the market in due course.
Earlier this month, Star Entertainment appointed Bruce Mathieson Jnr as its new CEO, following the exit of Steve McCann.
"I would like to thank Frank and Jeannie for their significant contribution to the business and particularly their assistance in progressing our remediation plan," Mathieson Jnr said.
