Powerhouse Ventures (ASX:PVL) announced a strategic partnership with GlobalDots, a global leader in cloud performance optimisation, AI infrastructure, and data security, to support the launch of its Burleigh Ventures "Critical Infrastructure Global Opportunities Fund."
Under a conditional framework agreement, GlobalDots will provide both financial backing of between US$1 million and US$5 million and operational support, including capital introductions, investment idea generation, and portfolio company assistance.
The partnership gives the fund access to GlobalDots' extensive ecosystem of vetted cloud startups, relationships with over 500 enterprise clients, and deep technical expertise across Cloud Security, DevOps, and FinOps domains.
GlobalDots' rigorous startup evaluation methodology is expected to strengthen the selection, technological resilience, and commercial readiness of portfolio companies.
In return, GlobalDots may earn up to a 10% economic entitlement in the Fund's Investment Manager, Burleigh Venture Partners, subject to performance milestones.
The fund aims to target high-potential global technologies in AI, Quantum, Space, and enabling materials, aligning with the mega-trends of energy and data.
PVL will also contribute select investments from its balance sheet, including Southern Launch, Veriquantix, and Sirius-beta Labs, to establish significant, non-dilutive ownership in the fund.
GlobalDots, with over 20 years of experience and 15 offices worldwide, brings an engineering-first, vendor-agnostic approach that validates enterprise-ready innovations at scale.
