Codeifai (ASX:CDE) announced the acquisition of Antenna Transfer, a deal valued at $1.3 million.
Following shareholder approval granted in December 2025, the company has now fully integrated the platform, which is set to be rebranded as QuantumAI Secure.
The acquisition marks Codeifai’s aggressive entry into the AI-backed quantum security market.
The total consideration for the transaction comprises $1.2 million in Codeifai shares—subject to a tiered six-month escrow period—and $150,000 in cash.
With the transfer of technical keys and software now complete, Codeifai is positioned to address the growing threat of "retroactive decryption" posed by future quantum computing capabilities.
The QuantumAI Secure platform utilises a sophisticated blend of quantum key distribution and post-quantum cryptographic techniques.
The technologies will be deployed across four primary pillars, namely payments, file transfer, communication and compatibility.
