Celsius Resources (ASX:CLA) has appointed Grant Samuel Capital Advisory as its financial adviser to support the finalisation of financing for the Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Copper-Gold Project, operated through its Philippine affiliate, Makilala Mining.
The company has received strong interest from a range of international mining financiers, offtakers, and investment groups with proven expertise in copper and gold project finance, including offtake, structured and debt financing, and potential equity participation at the project level.
In response to these proposals and the imminent completion of the MCB definitive feasibility study, Celsius' board has tasked Grant Samuel with coordinating an integrated financing process and advising on the structuring and negotiation of an optimal funding package.
