AnteoTech CFO resigns

AnteoTech (ASX:ADO) has announced that CFO and company secretary Andrew Cook has resigned to pursue other business interests.

The company’s board expressed its gratitude for Cook's contributions during his tenure and wished him well in his future endeavours.

AnteoTech said it will commence a search for a successor and manage an orderly transition in line with Cook's employment contract.

At the time of reporting, AnteoTech's share price was $0.020.
