Acumentis Group CFO resigns

Acumentis Group (ASX:ACU) announced that Meera De Almaida-John has resigned from her roles as CFO and company secretary, effective Dec. 24.
The company has begun a search for a suitable replacement.
In the interim, Sleiman Majdoub will assume the role of company secretary.
A qualified solicitor with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, Majdoub brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including advisory and compliance support for ASX-listed companies.
He currently serves as company secretary for Strickland Metals (ASX:STK).
