Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS) reaffirmed its financial outlook for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2027 during its 2026 Investor Day event.
The reaffirmed targets highlight steady enterprise adoption of the company's zero-trust cloud security platforms.
For fiscal 2027, the company expects annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $4.396 billion to $4.426 billion, growth of approximately 16.6% to 17.4%," according to Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS).
Management projected full-year non-GAAP operating income between $924 million and $932 million alongside a free cash flow margin of 23.0% to 23.5%.
Following the announcement, Zscaler's share price was up at $201.80.
Zscaler provides cloud-based security services that protect enterprise users, workloads, and devices across distributed networks.
The company confirmed that non-GAAP gross margins are expected to remain around 80% for both the first quarter and full fiscal year.
