Wix.com (NASDAQ:WIX) reported a robust finish to 2025 on Wednesday, as the company’s aggressive pivot toward artificial intelligence began to yield significant financial returns through its newly integrated "Base44" and "Wix Harmony" platforms.

The Tel Aviv-based website builder posted fourth-quarter revenue of $524 million, a 14% increase year-over-year.

More critically for growth-focused investors, quarterly bookings reached $535 million, up 15%, driven by a surge in adoption of its AI-native tools.

A primary highlight was the performance of Base44, the "vibe coding" application development platform Wix acquired last year, which officially reached $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) just nine months post-acquisition.

The company’s shift from a simple website builder to an AI-driven software ecosystem appears to be resonating with its "prosumer" and agency base.

Management noted that the recent launch of "Wix Harmony," an AI-first website builder, is already showing better-than-expected conversion and monetization rates.

To solidify its balance sheet and demonstrate long-term conviction, Wix announced a $250 million private placement of securities led by Durable Capital Partners.

This fresh capital arrives as Wix continues one of the most aggressive shareholder return programs in its history.

After completing $575 million in share repurchases in 2025, the company’s board has authorized a massive $2 billion buyback program for 2026 and 2027.

Management intends to execute the majority of this $2 billion repurchase within the 2026 fiscal year.

Looking ahead, Wix issued a confident outlook for 2026, projecting mid-teens growth in both consolidated revenue and bookings.

The company expects to maintain a healthy Free Cash Flow (FCF) margin in the low- to mid-20% range, even as it continues to invest heavily in the infrastructure required to power its generative AI features.
