G. Willi-Food International (NASDAQ:WILC) today announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, revealing a year of significant margin expansion and record bottom-line performance.
The global kosher food specialist reported total sales of NIS 610.6 million (US$191.4 million), a 6% increase over the NIS 575.8 million generated in 2024.
The steady top-line growth was amplified by a sharp focus on high-margin product categories and effective supply chain management in a volatile global logistics environment.
The company’s profitability metrics showed exceptional strength throughout the year.
Gross profit rose 8.4% to NIS 174.8 million, while operating profit surged by 35.6% to reach NIS 74.4 million.
This disproportionate growth in operating income highlights Willi-Food’s success in controlling administrative and selling expenses while scaling its distribution network.
Consequently, net profit for the year climbed 28.6% to NIS 90.4 million (US$28.3 million), resulting in basic earnings per share (EPS) of NIS 6.50 (US$2.04).
Willi-Food enters 2026 with a formidable balance sheet, reporting NIS 124.2 million (US$38.9 million) in cash and cash equivalents as of year-end.
