Wesco International (NYSE:WCC) reported record second-quarter 2026 net sales of $6.7 billion, up 13% year over year, supported by broad organic growth.
Net sales increased 10% from the previous quarter, while organic sales rose 12.6% and data centre sales climbed about 45% to $1.5 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 23.6% to $487.2 million, with the adjusted EBITDA margin expanding 60 basis points to 7.3%.
GAAP operating margin improved 20 basis points to 5.7%, while diluted EPS reached $4.23 and adjusted diluted EPS increased 34.8% to a record $4.57.
Wesco raised its full-year 2026 outlook after reporting stronger first-half performance and accelerating business momentum, while its total backlog increased roughly 60% to a record level.
The company generated operating cash flow of $53.7 million and free cash flow of $32.3 million during the second quarter.
Wesco distributes electrical, communications, utility and industrial products, with recent growth supported by data centre demand and increased customer orders.
