
VPG delivers double-digit revenue growth in strong quarter

Vishay Precision Group (NYSE:VPG) reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $83.9 million, up 11.7%, while bookings reached $95.5 million.
Revenue increased from $75.2 million but fell below VPG’s previous $85–$90 million forecast after approximately $3.0 million of shipments were delayed.
VPG recorded a $1.7 million net loss, adjusted EBITDA of $5.5 million and a $3.3 million year-over-year profit reduction from foreign exchange.
VPG expects third-quarter revenue of $84–$89 million.
Following the announcement, VPG's share price was down 27.5% at $73.24.
Sensors revenue increased 25.8% to $33.4 million as precision-resistor demand grew across AI, data-centre, aerospace and defence applications.
The company maintained its approximately $6 million 2026 savings target and said a humanoid-robotics customer nominated VPG as a vendor for its planned production ramp.
