The company reported gross profit of $6.6 million, up 45% from the prior-year period, while gross margin improved to 20.7% from 15.7%.
Operating expenses declined 43% to $6.5 million, resulting in operating income of approximately $0.2 million compared with a $6.8 million operating loss in Q2 2025.
Net loss narrowed to $2.8 million in the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $12.5 million a year earlier.
For the first six months of 2026, Vivakor reported revenue of $51.6 million, compared with $66.4 million in the prior-year period, while gross profit increased 32% to $12.4 million.
The company’s Supply & Trading business generated $26.5 million in Q2 revenue and $40 million during the first half of 2026.
