Vince Holding (NASDAQ:VNCE) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $81.8 million, up 11.7% from $73.2 million in the prior-year period, driven by growth in direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
The company’s direct-to-consumer segment increased 13.7%, while wholesale segment sales rose 10.4% compared with the second quarter of fiscal 2025.
Gross profit increased to $49.8 million, or 60.9% of sales, compared with $36.9 million, or 50.4% of sales, with the improvement including a $10.4 million tariff refund benefit.
Selling, general, and administrative expenses increased to $36.3 million, including costs related to the acquisition of October’s Very Own operating business and the absence of a prior-year Employee Retention Credit benefit.
Vince Holding reported net income of $10.6 million, adjusted net income of $13.5 million, and ended the quarter operating 53 company-operated Vince stores.
