
US Foods books $10.5B Q2 revenue as demand atrengthens

US Foods (NYSE:USFD) reported Q2 2026 net sales of $10.5 billion, up 4.5%, and record adjusted EBITDA of $604 million.
Net income increased 22.8% to $275 million, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 21% to $1.44.
Total case volume increased 1.9%, independent restaurant cases rose 5.1%, and gross profit grew 8.0% to $1.9 billion.
US Foods said the results aligned with its long-range plan.
Following the announcement, US Foods' share price was up 1.5% at $100.49.
The company also repurchased $374 million of shares during Q2, bringing first-half repurchases to approximately $500 million.
Meanwhile, US Foods invested $174 million in capital expenditures during the first half while maintaining net leverage at 2.6 times.
