Urban One revenue falls 6.4% to $85.8 million

Urban One (NASDAQ:UONE) reported second-quarter net revenue of $85.8 million, down 6.4%, while Adjusted EBITDA fell to $11.7 million.

The net loss narrowed to $7.1 million from $77.9 million as impairment charges dropped to $14.2 million from $130.1 million.

Broadcast and digital operating income fell to $22.2 million, while Urban One lowered its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to the mid-$50 million range.

Following the announcement, Urban One's share price was down 0.2% at $5.04 in premarket trading.

Urban One also repurchased $23.5 million of its 2031 notes at about 42% of par, reducing year-to-date long-term debt by $60.2 million.

The company completed the sale of two Charlotte radio stations during the quarter as cash and restricted cash declined to $16.2 million.
