
United Parks revenue falls 1.4% to $483.3 million
- United Parks & Resorts reported second-quarter revenue of $483.3 million as attendance declined 2.9%.
- Net income fell 21% to $63.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA declined 5.2% to $195.5 million.
- The company said advanced bookings at Discovery Cove and for group business were growing at double-digit rates.
United Parks & Resorts (NYSE:PRKS) reported second-quarter revenue of $483.3 million, down 1.4%, as attendance declined 2.9% to 6.1 million guests.
Revenue fell from $490.2 million, while net income decreased to $63.3 million from $80.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA dropped to $195.5 million from $206.3 million.
Total revenue per capita rose 1.5% to $79.82 as record in-park spending of $39.51 partly offset weaker attendance and lower admission revenue per guest.
Following the announcement, United Parks & Resorts' share price was up 2% at $45.51, as the company reported double-digit advanced-booking growth at Discovery Cove and in group business.
First-half revenue fell 2% to $761.6 million, net income declined 54.4% to $29.2 million and Adjusted EBITDA decreased 7.4% to $253.4 million.
United Parks also repurchased 5.9 million shares, representing 12.1% of outstanding shares, for $217.7 million during the first half of 2026.
