
UCLOUDLINK Q2 revenue falls 5.9% to $18.2 million

UCLOUDLINK (NASDAQ:UCL) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $18.2 million, down 5.9% year over year, while gross margin reached 50.2%.
The result was below UCLOUDLINK's previous Q2 revenue guidance of $19.5–$22.5 million and compared with $19.4 million in revenue a year earlier.
International data connectivity revenue declined to $8.2 million, while local connectivity, SIM, IoT and PetPhone operations expanded during the quarter.
Operating loss reached $2.9 million, net loss was $3 million and adjusted EBITDA was negative $1.8 million, while platform data consumption rose 2.6% to 46,641 TB.
Following the announcement, UCLOUDLINK's share price was up 6.47% at $0.72 in premarket trading, compared with its previous $0.68 close.
UCLOUDLINK ended June with $25.2 million in cash and cash equivalents after $3 million of net operating cash outflow during the quarter.
The company also sold its entire Beijing Huaxianglianxin stake in August for about RMB11.4 million, generating an approximately RMB2.9 million gain as it continued developing its connectivity, IoT and consumer-device businesses.
