
TOYO signs $240 million solar module supply deals
- TOYO signed binding U.S. solar module supply agreements valued at approximately $240 million since mid-June 2026.

TOYO (NASDAQ:TOYO) signed binding U.S. solar module supply agreements worth approximately $240 million with multiple U.S. customers since mid-June 2026.
The agreements cover solar modules for utility-scale power generation, commercial and industrial projects, community solar, and data-center applications, with deliveries already underway and continuing through the first half of 2027.
TOYO said it will manufacture the modules at its Houston, Texas facility, which currently operates approximately 2 GW of annual solar module manufacturing capacity and supports the company’s U.S. supply commitments.
TOYO operates in the solar manufacturing sector, producing photovoltaic modules for renewable energy projects and commercial applications.
The company said its module manufacturing operations employ approximately 600 people and that the new agreements expand its customer commitments in the U.S. solar market.
