
TG Therapeutics raises outlook after $240.3 million quarter

TG Therapeutics (NASDAQ:TGTX) reported Q2 global revenue of $240.3 million as U.S. BRIUMVI sales increased 64% to $227.7 million.
Net income fell to $7.8 million as R&D and SG&A expenses rose to $95.3 million and $82.1 million.
TG raised 2026 global revenue guidance to about $950 million and U.S. BRIUMVI guidance to $890–$905 million.
Following the announcement, TG Therapeutics' share price was down 2.95% at $52.03 in premarket trading.
TG held $612.3 million in cash and reported ENHANCE data supporting a single 600 mg BRIUMVI initiation infusion.
The company is also advancing subcutaneous BRIUMVI, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia and azer-cel development programs.
