
Telix Pharmaceuticals revenue rises to $477 million

Telix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TLX) reported H1 2026 group revenue of US$477 million, up 22% year-over-year, while profit after tax increased to US$38 million from a US$2 million loss in the same period last year.
The company’s results reflected higher Precision Medicine sales, which increased 27% during the period, compared with the previous year when Telix recorded a net loss and lower earnings.
Telix reported adjusted EBITDA of US$52 million, up 146%, while gross margin increased to 55%, supported by a US$40 million non-refundable upfront payment from its collaboration with Regeneron and continued investment in research and development.
Telix invested US$124 million into research and development during H1 2026, including US$68 million allocated to therapeutics, while Precision Medicine operations delivered a 65% gross margin.
The company refinanced its convertible bonds through US$600 million of new bonds due in 2031, ended the period with US$252 million in cash and US$23 million in positive operating cash flow, and stated it expects FY 2026 revenue and other income to exceed US$1 billion.
