Taylor Devices (NASDAQ:TAYD) reported fiscal Q4 2026 sales of $8.95 million, down 42.5% from $15.56 million a year earlier, while net income fell to $1.87 million.
Full-year sales declined to $41.65 million from $46.29 million, while FY26 net income decreased to $8.56 million from $9.41 million.
Fourth-quarter EPS fell to $0.58 from $1.17, while full-year EPS declined to $2.70 from $3.01 and gross margin eased to 44% from 46%.
Following the announcement, Taylor Devices' share price was down 4.81% at $52.68 in premarket trading.
Taylor Devices ended FY26 with a record $52.8 million firm order backlog, with 92% tied to Aerospace/Defense products and a single $19 million order included.
The backlog rose sharply from $20.8 million at the end of fiscal Q3, while Taylor Devices said it plans further investment in its team, technology and facilities during FY27.
