Taboola (NASDAQ:TBLA) reported second-quarter revenue of $476.8 million, up 2.4%, while ex-TAC gross profit increased 11.8% to $192.4 million.
Revenue was below Taboola’s previous $492–$505 million guidance, although adjusted EBITDA of $55.5 million exceeded the prior $49–$55 million range.
Net income improved to $4.3 million, while operating cash flow fell to $31.3 million and free cash flow declined to $17.3 million.
Taboola reduced its 2026 revenue forecast to $1.930–$1.956 billion while raising profitability guidance.
Following the announcement, Taboola's share price was down 28% at $3.81 in premarket trading.
The company said Realize, the addition of Fox News and other publisher agreements are supporting its performance-advertising strategy.
Taboola also launched an advertising platform for AI answer engines and expanded its DeeperDive generative-AI product during the quarter.
