- The Palantir-powered software platform streamlines flight scheduling, crew management, and operational recordkeeping.
- Surf Air Mobility will receive a percentage of revenue from all Clipper Aviation flights managed via OperatorOS.
Surf Air Mobility (NYSE:SRFM) signed a definitive commercial agreement with Clipper Aviation to deploy its OperatorOS flight operations software.
The agreement marks the company's fourth commercial contract for OperatorOS as it targets having five live operators on the platform by the end of 2026.
Bringing Clipper and other operators onto OperatorOS improves how our platform connects supply and demand, as every new aircraft that is added gives our broker network more inventory to choose from," said Barrett Brown, President of SurfOS.
Clipper Aviation currently operates four aircraft and will use the AI-enabled platform to automate scheduling and streamline operations.
Surf Air Mobility operates regional air mobility networks while developing software platforms and hybrid-electric powertrain technologies for general aviation.
The software platform was developed in partnership with Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ:PLTR) and is approved by the FAA as an official system of record for electronic signatures and recordkeeping.
