Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK) reported second-quarter net sales of $4 billion with flat year-over-year revenue.

The company's Tools & Outdoor segment grew 3% organically, balancing an 18% reported decline in the Engineered Fastening division due to a recent divestiture.

The company achieved an adjusted gross margin of 33.7%, which included an approximate 250 basis point benefit from net tariff refunds.

The tariff refunds also positively impacted earnings, contributing approximately $0.17 to the adjusted earnings per share of $1.57.

Following the announcement, Stanley Black & Decker's share price was up at $94.19.

The business generated $763 million in operating cash flow and used available capital to reduce debt by $1.7 billion.

The company stated it raised its 2026 free cash flow guidance to a range between $600 million and $800 million following the recent divestiture of its Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing business.
