SLB (NYSE:SLB) reported second-quarter revenue of $8.97 billion, up 5% year over year, while net income reached $786 million.

Revenue rose 3% sequentially, but GAAP EPS fell 30% annually to $0.52 despite increasing 4% from the first quarter.

Adjusted EPS was $0.55, up 6% sequentially but down 26% annually, while adjusted EBITDA fell 7% to $1.90 billion.

Operating cash flow reached $1.36 billion, free cash flow was $716 million, and the board approved a $0.295 quarterly dividend.

Following the announcement, SLB's share price was down 1% at $47.22 in premarket trading.

First-quarter revenue was $8.72 billion, including $838 million from ChampionX, which SLB acquired in 2025.

Recent moves include a Liberty Energy data-center alliance, a Qualcomm edge-AI collaboration and a bp Thunder Horse subsea contract.
