Rithm Capital Corp. (NYSE:RITM) released its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, delivering strong bottom-line performance anchored by growth across its operating platforms.

The real estate and financial services company reported Earnings Available for Distribution (EAD) of $338.9 million, or $0.60 per diluted common share.

This adjusted earnings metric comfortably surpassed the Wall Street consensus estimate of $0.51 per share.

On a GAAP basis, net income came in at $20.2 million, or $0.04 per diluted common share.

While profitability beat expectations, total quarterly revenue of $1.28 billion missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.43 billion.

CEO Michael Nierenberg noted that the strong second-quarter performance reflects the depth and durability of the company's owner-operator platform, even amid an uncertain macroeconomic environment.

The company's asset management business demonstrated significant momentum, reaching $61 billion in AUM supported by $1.9 billion of gross inflows during the quarter.

Across its other core operating pillars, Rithm also recorded solid performance metrics.

Genesis Capital delivered its strongest origination quarter in company history with $1.9 billion in volume—a 52% year-over-year increase—while the company's mortgage subsidiary, Newrez, posted a 22% annualized operating return on equity.

Management also highlighted strong leasing momentum at its Elecor property division.

Meanwhile, Rithm Capital maintained its commitment to shareholder returns, declaring a quarterly common dividend of $0.25 per share, which represents a total payout of $139.6 million.

The company concluded the quarter with a book value per common share of $12.33.
