Rezolve Ai acquires Reward for $230M to scale agentic commerce globally

Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ:RZLV) announced Wednesday it has acquired Reward, a global leader in commerce media and customer engagement, for $230 million in an all-cash transaction.

The deal combines Rezolve’s "Brain" conversational AI platform with Reward’s vast network of bank and retailer relationships, creating a unified multinational infrastructure for "agentic commerce."

The acquisition is a significant financial catalyst for Rezolve Ai, which is now guiding for $350 million in revenue for 2026.

Reward is expected to contribute approximately $90 million of EBITDA-accretive revenue immediately, leveraging its existing first-party transaction data from tens of millions of cardholders across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

By integrating this data with Rezolve’s real-time AI, the company aims to deliver hyper-personalized "spend-to-conversion" journeys where consumers can discover, chat, and purchase within a single interface.

As part of the integration, Reward’s senior leadership team will remain in place to maintain operational stability.
