Revvity (NYSE:RVTY) reported second-quarter revenue of $730 million, while adjusted earnings per share increased 19% to $1.41.
Revenue increased from $720 million, while GAAP earnings per share rose to $0.48 from $0.47 one year earlier.
During the period under review, the company agreed to sell China IDX, representing about 6% of 2025 revenue, with completion expected by the end of 2027.
Following the announcement, Revvity's share price was up 2.4% at $115.22 in premarket trading.
Revvity now forecasts pro forma revenue of $2.83–$2.86 billion, organic growth of 4%–5% and adjusted EPS of $5.30–$5.40.
The company also launched Signals AI in June and expanded the platform through an Anthropic Claude integration in July.
