Restaurant Brands sales skyrocket 6% to $12.7 billion

Restaurant Brands International (NYSE:QSR) reported Q2 2026 system-wide sales of $12.7 billion, up 6.4% year over year.

Revenue rose to $2.52 billion from $2.41 billion, while continuing-operations net income reached $665 million, or $1.45 per diluted share.

Global comparable sales increased 3.8%, led by an 8.5% rise at Burger King US and 5.5% growth internationally.

Adjusted EBITDA totaled $810 million, adjusted diluted EPS rose 12.9% to $1.07, and net leverage improved to 4.1 times.

RBI maintained its 8% organic adjusted operating income target.

Meanwhile, International remained the fastest-growing division, with system-wide sales rising 10.7% across RBI’s restaurant markets outside the United States and Canada.

The company also returned $435 million through dividends and share repurchases while continuing to reduce leverage and invest across its restaurant brands.
