RedCloud unveils $24 million half-year revenue

RedCloud (NASDAQ:RCT) reported revenue of $24 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, an increase of 34% year over year, as total trading volume increased to $1.56 billion.

The company’s trading volume rose 30% during the period, while operating loss narrowed 15% to $17.1 million and net loss declined 30% to $18.5 million compared with the prior-year period.

RedCloud reported operating cash outflow of $8,207,239 compared with $15,916,911 a year earlier, while the company signed agreements for a Saudi Arabia and Bahrain joint venture and an India joint venture involving twenty-year licensing arrangements.

The company stated that its Saudi Arabia and Bahrain joint venture will retain a 51% interest through its UK subsidiary under a twenty-year license, while its India joint venture with Dheer and Klakshya includes a licensing agreement for up to $120 million.

RedCloud also launched RedAI CORE, its trade execution engine, with 30 selected distributor customers, and stated that it forecasts $20 million in revenue and $1.2 billion in trade under a three-year Argentina agreement, while raising approximately $2.1 million after June 30 through private placements and share sales.
