Prenetics posts $36 million Q1 revenue as IM8 growth drives outlook upgrade
Prenetics Global (NASDAQ:PRE), the parent company of the IM8 premium health and longevity brand, reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $36 million, with IM8 contributing $33.8 million.
IM8 revenue increased 23.1% sequentially from $27.4 million in Q4 2025 and nearly sixfold from $5.7 million in Q1 2025.
Reflecting this growth, Prenetics raised its full-year 2026 IM8 revenue guidance to a range of $190 million to $210 million, up from a prior estimate of $180 million to $200 million.
The company projects Q2 2026 revenue of $46 million to $48 million, with IM8 expected to contribute $44 million to $46 million, representing approximately 33% sequential quarterly growth.
During the period under review, the company completed a full divestment of its digital asset holdings for $41.3 million, representing 510 units sold at roughly $80,980 each.
Prenetics also announced plans to launch three new SKUs in Q4 2026 across Hydration, Creatine, and Kids’ Gummies, further expanding the IM8 portfolio.
Elsewhere, Prenetics reported gross profit of $23.3 million for Q1, with a loss from operations of $8.9 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $5.6 million, in line with preliminary estimates.
The reported loss of $23.1 million reflects non-cash items, including an unrealized $9.8 million fair-value loss on digital assets due to declines in Bitcoin prices and an $8 million fair-value loss on warrant liabilities tied to share price appreciation.
