The new dividend is payable on October 26, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 2, 2026, with the ex-dividend date also set for October 2, 2026.
The dividend increase raises the quarterly payment from $1.47 per share and continues the company’s annual dividend growth record since becoming a public company in 2008.
Philip Morris International operates in the tobacco and nicotine products industry, with a focus on cigarette alternatives and smoke-free products alongside its traditional tobacco business.
The company said its annual dividend has increased by 248% since its public listing, representing a compound annual growth rate of 7.2% over that period.
