Pfizer revenue shoots up 3% to $15 billion

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) reported second-quarter revenue of $15.03 billion, up 3%, while adjusted diluted earnings reached $0.77 per share.

Revenue exceeded analysts’ $14.4 billion estimate, and adjusted EPS beat the $0.68 consensus despite slipping from $0.78 one year earlier.

Pfizer recorded a $248 million net loss after $4.3 billion in non-cash impairments, including $3.8 billion tied to sigvotatug vedotin.

Pfizer raised 2026 revenue guidance to $60.5–$62.5 billion and reaffirmed adjusted EPS of $2.80–$3.00.

Following the announcement, Pfizer's share price was up 0.1% at $25.03.

Eliquis sales rose 19% operationally to $2.43 billion and Padcev increased 23%, partly offsetting weaker Paxlovid and Comirnaty sales.

Pfizer said another $2.5 billion in productivity savings is expected from 2027 through 2029 as it invests in oncology and obesity treatments.
