Patria (NASDAQ:PAX) reported second-quarter 2026 Fee-Related Earnings of $57.1 million, up 24% year over year, as fundraising activity and assets under management increased.

Distributable Earnings reached $50.7 million, or $0.32 per share, up 31% year over year, while fee-earning assets under management increased to $48.9 billion.

Patria raised $2.3 billion during the quarter, bringing year-to-date fundraising to $4.5 billion, while permanent capital vehicles accounted for $11 billion, or 22%, of fee-earning assets under management.

The company reaffirmed its 2026 Fee-Related Earnings guidance of $225 million to $245 million and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1625 per share.

IFRS net income attributable to Patria was $10.5 million during the quarter, while fee-earning assets under management increased 7% sequentially.

Patria operates as an alternative asset manager focused on private markets, including infrastructure, private equity and credit investments across global markets.
