Parsons (NYSE:PSN) has secured a sole-source, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Navy worth up to $184 million to support the Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP).

The specialized defense contract focuses on the rapid engineering, procurement, and deployment of portable, ruggedized workstation systems.

These systems are designed to provide tactical operators at the edge of the battlespace with high-performance intelligence and computing capabilities.

The primary operational goal of the program is to accelerate decision-making cycles, increase agility, and significantly improve situational awareness for naval personnel operating in contested or austere environments.

Following the announcement, Parsons shares traded at $84.20.
