Optical Cable Corporation (NASDAQ:OCC) reported third quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $24.3 million, increasing 22% year over year as demand grew across enterprise, data center, and specialty markets.
U.S. sales increased 20.3% and international sales increased 28.8%, while the company’s sales order backlog rose to $13.5 million from $7.3 million at October 31, 2025.
Gross profit increased 43.9% to $9.1 million, while gross margin improved to 37.4% from 31.7%, and SG&A expenses increased to $7 million, representing 28.7% of sales.
Net income increased to $1.9 million, or $0.21 per share, compared with $302,000, or $0.04 per share, in the prior-year quarter.
