
Opengear expands Europe reach with Ingram Micro deal

Opengear, a Digi International company (NASDAQ:DGII), signed its first pan-European distribution agreement with Ingram Micro to expand access to its out-of-band management solutions across Europe.
The agreement will allow resellers in participating Ingram Micro countries to offer Opengear’s portfolio, supported by Ingram Micro’s regional infrastructure, logistics capabilities, and technology partner network.
Opengear said the partnership expands its existing presence in markets including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, while extending availability to additional European countries such as Switzerland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
Opengear provides secure out-of-band management solutions that help organizations monitor, manage, and recover critical network infrastructure when primary network connections are unavailable.
The company said Ingram Micro will provide pre-sales and post-sales support through its EMEA partner network, including training, accreditation, channel enablement, and incentive programs for resellers.
