Omnicom posts higher Q2 revenue of $6.6 billion

Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.6 billion, up $2.5 billion from the prior-year period, following the completion of its acquisition of Interpublic Group in November 2025.

Core Operations revenue reached $6 billion, reflecting 6.1% organic growth and a 1.1% benefit from foreign currency movements during the quarter.

Omnicom said higher margins were mainly driven by cost-reduction synergies related to the Interpublic transaction.

Core operations adjusted EBITA increased to $1.07 billion, with the margin improving to 17.8% from 15.9%, while reported operating income rose to $922.5 million.

Adjusted EBITA reached $1.13 billion with a 17.2% margin, diluted earnings per share was $2.08 and non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS increased 29.3% to $2.65.

Omnicom provides advertising, marketing, communications and related services through agencies operating across global markets.

Meanwhile, the company recorded net income of $584.8 million, while integration, severance and repositioning costs linked to the Interpublic acquisition totalled $87.1 million before tax.
