
OmniAb raises 2026 cash outlook to $53 million

OmniAb (NASDAQ:OABI) raised its year-end 2026 cash and cash equivalents guidance to $49 million–$53 million from $37 million–$41 million previously.
The new forecast follows an earlier August increase from $33 million–$38 million to $37 million–$41 million after stronger business activity.
OmniAb did not change other financial metrics in Monday’s update, instead linking the higher projected cash balance to recent technology licensing transactions.
OmniAb said recent licensing activity strengthened its projected year-end liquidity.
Following the announcement, OmniAb's share price was up 18.3% at $4.
OmniAb reported Q2 2026 revenue of $13.4 million versus $3.9 million a year earlier, while net loss narrowed to $5.9 million from $15.9 million.
The company also signed an Eli Lilly (NYSE:LLY) ion-channel collaboration carrying an upfront payment, up to $370 million in milestones, and tiered royalties.
