
OLB Q2 revenue falls to $1.28 million

OLB Group (NASDAQ:OLB) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.28 million, down 43.6% year-over-year, while its net loss narrowed 50.3% to $1.05 million.
For the first half, revenue fell 36% to $2.94 million from $4.59 million, while net loss improved to $2.13 million from $3.21 million.
Six-month operating expenses fell 23.4% to $5.47 million, while cash increased to $1.28 million and stockholders’ equity reached $7.14 million at June 30.
OLB said first-quarter equity offerings raised more than $3.7 million, while an August 7 agreement with Maxim Group established an at-the-market stock program.
Meanwhile, management concluded that substantial doubt about OLB’s ability to continue as a going concern does not exist.
Meanwhile, OLB continues to pursue a spin-off of its DMINT Bitcoin mining business, subject to SEC effectiveness and Nasdaq approval for the planned standalone listing.
The company also transitioned its software development team to AI-assisted coding and is deploying AI across customer support, compliance, finance and merchant-service operations.
