NW Natural Holdings (NYSE:NWN) reported second-quarter operating revenue of $243.6 million and net income of $600,000, improving from a $2.5 million loss.
Diluted EPS reached $0.01, compared with a $0.06 loss per share and adjusted EPS of $0.01 one year earlier.
The company added nearly 18,000 utility connections, invested $235 million during the first half and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4925 per share.
Following the announcement, NW Natural Holdings' share price was up 1.1% at $49.23 as the company expected 2026 EPS in the upper half of its $2.95–$3.15 range.
Washington regulators approved a $20.1 million annual revenue increase from August 1, followed by increases of $7.5 million and $7.4 million.
NW Natural Holdings plans $2.6–$2.9 billion of investment through 2030 and targets 6%–8% rate-base growth, with higher potential earnings growth from MX3.
