Norwegian Cruise revenue jumps 4.9% to $2.6 billion

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE:NCLH) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.6 billion, up 4.9% year over year, as the company exceeded its adjusted earnings guidance.

GAAP net income increased to $223 million, or $0.48 per share, while adjusted EBITDA reached $666 million and adjusted EPS was $0.48, both above the company’s expectations despite year-over-year declines.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings added approximately $100 million in expected annualized run-rate savings, while ending June 30, 2026 with $15 billion in total debt, net leverage of 5.3x and $1.5 billion in liquidity.

The company also updated its 2026 outlook for adjusted EBITDA of approximately $2.5 billion and adjusted EPS of approximately $1.50.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings expects 2026 net yield to decline about 5% on a constant currency basis and guided third-quarter 2026 net yield down 8.9% with adjusted EBITDA of $874 million.

Elsewhere, the company entered a memorandum of agreement to sell Oceania Sirena and elected to settle its 2027 exchangeable notes in cash while continuing to manage its cruise fleet and financial position.
