
New Oriental revenue rallies 23% to $1.53 billion

New Oriental (NYSE:EDU) reported Q4 FY2026 revenue of $1.53 billion, up 23%, while operating income reached US$85.8 million.
Revenue exceeded the company’s earlier $1.43–$1.47 billion forecast, while net income rose 775.8% to US$62.2 million.
Non-GAAP operating income rose 34.7% to $110 million, but non-GAAP net income fell 10.5% to $87.8 million.
Following the announcement, New Oriental's share price was up 4.4% at $52.99 in pre-market trading.
FY2026 revenue increased 15.5% to $5.66 billion, while operating income rose 50.2% to $643.3 million and non-GAAP margin reached 13%.
New Oriental expects FY2027 revenue of $6.45–$6.68 billion and plans a roughly $300 million dividend alongside a $200 million buyback.
