NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE:NATL) reported second-quarter revenue of $1.103 billion, while adjusted EBITDA increased 25% to $254 million.

Revenue was nearly unchanged from $1.102 billion, while diluted EPS rose 65% to $0.86 and adjusted EPS reached $1.49.

Net income rose 67% to $65 million, while operating cash flow was $30 million and adjusted free cash flow was $16 million.

Atleos expects the Brink’s merger to close early in Q1 2027.

Following the announcement, NCR Atleos' share price was down 0.8% at $46.61.

Self-Service Banking revenue increased 1% to $741 million, while segment adjusted EBITDA rose 13% to $212 million.

Network revenue declined 1% to $316 million, but adjusted EBITDA increased 23% as Allpoint deposits exceeded one million.
