Mobix Labs (NASDAQ:MOBX) guided for fiscal Q4 2026 revenue of $1.4 million–$1.8 million, representing approximately 100% quarter-over-quarter growth at the midpoint.

The company attributed its expected sequential growth to shipments from its existing defense and aerospace operations, including its EMI Solutions and RaGE Systems businesses.

Mobix plans to rename itself NSM Labs, subject to required approvals, while complete fiscal Q3 results remain pending in its forthcoming Form 10-Q filing.

Mobix said its Q4 forecast remains subject to shipment timing and other risks.

Following the announcement, Mobix Labs' share price was down 16.7% at $1.27 in pre-market trading.

Mobix launched its National Security Matters initiative in July, targeting critical resources, defense and aerospace, infrastructure and strategic digital technologies through acquisitions and organic expansion.

The company also signed a roughly $15 million agreement to acquire U.S. drone maker Vision Aerial in July and a separate agreement involving critical-minerals platform Special Project Delivery in August.
