Mesoblast (NASDAQ:MESO) reported preliminary Ryoncil® net revenue of $36 million for the June 2026 quarter, bringing first-year post-FDA approval revenue to $115 million.

The company generated $66.5 million in Ryoncil revenue during the second half of FY2026, while net operating cash spend for the full year was $43.8 million compared with $13.4 million in the second half.

Mesoblast ended FY2026 with $103 million in cash after drawing $50 million from a five-year facility to repay all maturing debt, while continuing clinical development programs for Ryoncil and rexlemestrocel-L.

The company is advancing a registrational trial to expand Ryoncil’s label to adults with steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host disease.

Mesoblast received FDA IND clearance for a registrational trial of Ryoncil in ambulatory children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and completed enrollment of at least 300 patients in a Phase 3 trial of rexlemestrocel-L for chronic low back pain.

The company also obtained a BLA filing number and requested modular review for rexlemestrocel-L in preventing LVAD-associated gastrointestinal bleeding, while licensing a CAR-MSC platform targeting inflammatory bowel disease and B cell autoimmune conditions.
